There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV with satellite channels in my deluxe double room.

The location here is great, within a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit, and only a 15-minute walk to the zoo.

Nice rooms, pleasant staff (they allowed me to play on a football pitch with no charge - usually it is payed), good breakfast. Everything on level of 4* with price of 2* hotel

The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good

There was a very noisy wedding in the main restaurant, so we had to stay on the terrace, where it was quite cold.

Cozy rooms with a nice bathtub, and they were kept really clean. the staff here were all super friendly and helpful - top-notch service! 😊

We felt very insulted indeed to be "told to wait while we check your room". Just to make sure we hadn't used the mini-bar as we had stated or maybe stolen a towel? How rude! Even if we had (which we had not) they had our credit card/passport details! Never before has this ever happened in any other hotel we stay in!

Spotlessly clean,decent breakfast and good hotel facilities.

The well-maintained hotel with a great restaurant serving Bulgarian specialties made my short stay very enjoyable.

Close to citycenter but with a view of grazing sheeps. Value for money. Extensive menu, the food tasted very good

Staff very helpful / polite / friendly. Location only 5 mins taxi from city centre (just 3 lev or so). Good facilities. Nice pool / sun bathing area with pool bar.

Air con packed up during stay, Sink in bathroom was build into a non rigid surface, so you needed to be careful not to leak on the sink in any way. Breakfast seem limited.

Stayed only one day but everything was great. Beautiful outdoor pool, the staff was polite and helpful. The restaurant offered good food at a very reasonable price. Strongly recommended.

The room was amazing! It was so cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area to relax in. The WiFi and digital TV were great for entertainment, and the air conditioning kept the room cool. The minibar and room service were convenient too. Loved it!

I personally didn't like the bath cosmetics provided in the bathroom, but others might still enjoy them.

Good location near E72, but without noise of city. Parking facility in fornt of hotel.

There were 3 marriages during our stay. This made a lot of noise and the restaurant became fully occupied. No attention for other (hotel) guest because of these marriages. Swimming pool is nice, but when you wake up in the morning it is already fully occupied with local people, so not really easy to find a chair. Breakfast was not that good as well.
